Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete a form on this website (registration, in-house request, webinar sign-up or contact), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, work email, organisation, country and message. With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the date, the language of the site and how you reached the website (for example a newsletter link, a LinkedIn post or a search engine), so we know which of our activities are useful to people.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, administer your registration, issue invoices and certificates, and arrange in-house training. If you tick the box to receive our monthly note, we also email you practical ideas, client stories and upcoming dates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet used by the Shared iQ team. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Your browser stores your language choice and how you first reached the site, on your own device only, so that we can attach it to a form if you send one.

Photographs

We only use photos from in-person courses where participants have agreed, and we prefer group photos in which no one is singled out.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails, write to info@sharediq.org. We will reply within one business day and act on your request promptly.
