Our most requested format
Six half-days over two weeks
Three sessions a week, four hours each, in classes of 15 to 20, online. Half-days keep staff at their desks for most of the day, which makes manager approval easy, and spacing the sessions gives people time to try what they learned between them.
English and French in parallel
Matched classes run at the same time, led by facilitators in each language, so a bilingual institution trains everyone in one engagement.
