Advanced Planning & Communication
For administrative professionals
Our most requested course, rebuilt for 2027. Five days covering planning and scheduling, the executive office, organisational and external communication, conflict and crisis messaging, and the responsible use of AI.
The change this course delivers
The command centre of the executive office
Administrative professionals are expected to run the command centre of the executive office: planning ahead, protecting their executive's time and communicating with authority inside and outside the organization.
This 5-day course covers modern administrative practice from planning and scheduling to stakeholder communication, crisis messaging and the responsible use of AI. Each day is built around practical tools and real case studies drawn from international and public institutions.
It is practical throughout. Delegates leave with frameworks they can apply the following Monday, not theory they will forget by Friday.
