Advanced Planning & Communication

Before

After

The command centre of the executive office

Administrative professionals are expected to run the command centre of the executive office: planning ahead, protecting their executive's time and communicating with authority inside and outside the organization.

This 5-day course covers modern administrative practice from planning and scheduling to stakeholder communication, crisis messaging and the responsible use of AI. Each day is built around practical tools and real case studies drawn from international and public institutions.

It is practical throughout. Delegates leave with frameworks they can apply the following Monday, not theory they will forget by Friday.

Questions

Before you register

Is this course suitable if I am new to the role?
Yes. Cohorts deliberately mix experience levels. Newer administrators build foundations while seasoned professionals sharpen and update what they already do.
Can I attend in French?
Yes. Every cohort is offered in French on the same dates, led by a French-speaking facilitator, with workbooks, templates and certificates in French. Choose the session language on the registration form.
What is the difference between the online and in-person cohorts?
The content is the same. In-person cohorts run as full days at the venue, with materials and refreshments provided. Online cohorts run instructor-led over Zoom across the same five days.
Do delegates receive a certificate?
Yes. Every delegate who completes the five days receives a Shared iQ Certificate of Completion.
How do we pay?
Places are confirmed on registration and invoiced to your organisation. Payment is due within seven working days by wire transfer, credit card or PayPal. A cancellation in writing more than twenty-one days before the event incurs a twenty-five percent fee; inside twenty-one days the full fee is due. Delegate substitutions are always free.
Can you run this for our team only?
Yes, and above roughly six delegates it is usually better value. See in-house training or choose the in-house option on the registration form.
