Five-day course · Next cohort October 2026
For administrative professionals
Shared iQ's most requested course, updated with new material. Five days covering advanced planning and scheduling, the executive office, organisational and external communication, and the ethical use of AI at work.
The course
In your organisation you are expected to function as the command centre of your office, keeping track of data, information and people no matter how hectic things get.
This course is built for that reality. Over five days it moves from personal planning and time management, through the structures and politics of the executive office, into internal and external communication, and finishes with the AI tools now reshaping administrative work.
It is practical throughout. Delegates leave with frameworks they can apply the following Monday, not theory they will forget by Friday.
Course structure
Each day builds on the one before, moving outward from personal effectiveness to organisational influence and external representation.

Advanced internal communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
Administrative professionals are often the first point of contact between the organisation and the outside world. This module covers representing the organisation with diplomacy and strategic intent, to clients, suppliers, regulators, media and the public.
The contemporary skills required in a technology-driven workplace, and strategies for adapting as those technologies change.
Want to go further? Our two-day Microsoft 365 Copilot at Work masterclass takes this module and expands it into eleven hands-on labs in a live Microsoft 365 training tenant.
